Data deletion

Last updated: October 16, 2026

You may request deletion of personal data associated with Nucleon WAAPI. Requests from a customer or contact should normally be made first to the organization that communicated with you, because that organization controls its customer information and account data.

How to request deletion:
Email contact@atomicxlab.com with the subject “Nucleon WAAPI data deletion request.” Include your name, the email address and/or phone number associated with the request, the organization you interacted with (if known), and enough detail for us to identify the relevant data. Do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials.

What happens next

We will acknowledge and assess the request, take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority where appropriate, and coordinate with the relevant account owner if it controls the requested information. We may ask for further information if we cannot locate or safely verify the request.

Deletion and exceptions

When a request is valid and applicable, we will delete or de-identify the relevant data within a reasonable period, subject to technical limitations and applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or to complete an ongoing transaction. In those cases, we will restrict use where appropriate and delete data when the retention need ends.

Account administrators

If you are an authorized administrator for an organization using Nucleon WAAPI, contact us with your account details and the scope of the deletion request. Deleting an account or customer record can affect access to associated conversations, contacts and service history.

Other privacy requests

For access, correction or other privacy requests, use the same contact method and describe the request in your email. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
