These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Nucleon WAAPI, a product operated by AtomicX Lab. By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

Service and accounts

Nucleon WAAPI provides tools for multi-company WhatsApp communication, shared inboxes and customer relationship management. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and ensure that authorized users comply with these terms.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable law, Meta/WhatsApp policies, and the rights of others. You must not use it to send spam, unlawful or deceptive communications, infringe rights, introduce harmful code, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the information and content you submit or process through the service. You represent that you have the rights, notices, consents and lawful basis necessary to process that information and to communicate with your contacts. You are responsible for your users’ actions and for configuring the service appropriately for your organization.

Third-party platforms

Some functionality may depend on the Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform or other third-party services. Their availability, policies and changes are outside AtomicX Lab’s control. We do not grant rights to those third-party services beyond what their own terms allow.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service as reasonably necessary. We aim to operate the service responsibly, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure availability.

Intellectual property

AtomicX Lab and its licensors retain ownership of the Nucleon WAAPI service, software, branding and related materials. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AtomicX Lab disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms. To the extent permitted by law, AtomicX Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address security, misuse, legal requirements, non-payment under an applicable commercial agreement, or a material breach of these terms.
