Nucleon WAAPI is a multi-company WhatsApp communication, shared inbox and CRM platform operated by AtomicX Lab (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how we may process information when organizations use Nucleon WAAPI.

Information we may process

Depending on how an organization uses the service, this may include account and user details (such as names, work email addresses, roles and login information); contact and customer details supplied to the platform; WhatsApp/customer communication data; message content, attachments and message metadata; and technical or usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we process information

We process information to provide and operate the service, route and display conversations, maintain customer records, provide support, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, protect our systems, and meet applicable legal obligations. Organizations using Nucleon WAAPI are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate basis to communicate with their contacts and customers.

Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform

Nucleon WAAPI may use the Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform to enable business communications. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to the applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies. We process data received through that platform only as needed to provide the Nucleon WAAPI service and in accordance with applicable platform requirements.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational and security needs, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or as directed by the organization that controls the data. Retention periods can vary by account configuration and the nature of the information.

Access and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. Access is limited to authorized users and personnel with a business need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Service providers and disclosures
